The total monthly charge for the Layer Saver™ base and insert pallets will be based on volume and return freight. After an average of 4 moves per month, the invoicing (through our proprietary software and billing method) will list the detail of monthly moves. This cost will be as low as $10 per trip.

Also available our point-to-point logistic system. Simply, the concept that a customer ships to specific locations all the time directs a hub-and-spoke system. With each predesignated location, pallets will travel from Facility "A" to Facility "B" with a return pallet program back to Facility "A". The more a company uses a pallet in a pooling system the more they have incurred a number of monthly in-and-out charges. Simply put, the more you use a pooling pallet the greater the cost. Layer Saver's™ system offers just the opposite effect. The more the Layer Saver™ vessel and complimentary insert pallets move, in our point-to-point logistics system, the less costly they become on a monthly basis.
The advantage we are offering is that return freight will be built into the price of the monthly rental. Invoices will detail movement of the Layer Saver™ vessel as well as any insert pallets under contract. Based on feedback from several test customers, this aspect of the Layer Saver™ complete system is extremely important to the market. This is another example of innovation that our customers can cite in their sustainability scorecards.
