The Layer SaverTM shipping solution incorporates a two-tier vessel. Comprised of a plastic base pallet with supporting steel and plastic frames, this pallet can hold two plastic insert pallets. The maximum load of the double pallet unit is 4000# with the upper tier holding up to 1250#.
It is compatible with most (if not all) current manufacturing processes for a wide range of products. The Layer Saver shipping system offers both collapsible and height adjustable versions. No matter what size load you are currently shipping, it will fit in a Layer Saver.
